WELCOME to the new website of Alliance of Purebred Dog Writers (APDW). We've designed this site so that our members can interact with one another and all in purebred dog publishing and the fancy. Publishers and editors are invited to take a look at members' work in the BILLBOARD section. The MEMBERS ONLY section has writing tips, interviews with top dog people, historical accounts of the fancy, and other information of interest to purebred dog communicators.

Members, if you'd like to display your best work in the BILLBOARD section, send it to APDW President Pat Enright, . Also, send your wags and brags and best photos of you and your dogs.

Purebred dog communicators, if you'd like to enjoy the benefits of APDW Membership, including access to the MEMBERS ONLY section, discounts on the ticket price for the APDW ARTHUR AWARDS, networking with other writers as well as editors, publishers, club members, and other members of APDW, we invite you to apply for membership in APDW. Go to the ABOUT US and JOIN APDW on the drop-down menu. Our membership includes writers, artists, photographers, specialty and all-breed club members, editors, and publishers. Fill out the application and send to APDW Secretary Jean Keating, jkeating@widomaker.com.

This website is a work in progress, and we hope you'll send us your feedback, suggestions, and news items to help it grow. We welcome news items from specialty and all-breed clubs about shows, events, and book signings. We look forward to hearing from all in Dogdom.
